bonjour, j’ai un PC de bureau avec la livebox orange, le wifi et l’antivirus orange securitoo. Cela fait quelques temps que la navigation sur internet est très lente. Un informaticien a regardé mon PC pour voir si je n’avais pas de programmes qui gênaient et ralentissaient, apparemment, il n y a rien de spécial. Il m’a connecté avec un câble ethernet, car le débit est plus important qu’avec le wi fi, mais c est toujours pareil, il pense que cela peut venir de mon antivirus orange. Que 'n pensez-vous ? y a t il quelqu’un qui puisse me renseigner ?

bonjour guigui, çà y est j’ai installé MBAM, il a détecté 4 fichiers infectés( 2 rogue evidence 2 d’ad-aware), je les ai supprimés. Mais, c’est toujours aussi lents. J’ai spybot et ad-aware d’installés en plus de mon antivirus sécuritoo(orange) qui n’avaient rien détectés hier lorsque j’ai lancé les applications. Est-ce que je les conserve ou est-ce que je les supprime.
Dois-je conserver hijackthis et MBAM d’installer sur mon PC à la place. Merci

A quel rythme faut il faire un scan avec MBAM ? ou un autre logiciel. Apparemment, l’antivirus sécuritoo (orange) n’enlève pas tous les fichiers infectés, que me conseilles tu de faire à ce sujet ? j’attends ta réponse avec impatience. merci beaucoup

Pour l’antivirus orange je leconnait pas mais si tu a une licence que tu paye c’est abusé de changer…

Lance combofix, laisse travailler et colle le rapport dans ton poste.
bonjour, j’ai lancé combofix, en désactivant l’antivirus, quand je suis revenue tout était fini et l’antivirus s’était remis. J’ai enregistré le journal mais je n’arrive pas à le coller pour te l’envoyer, je n’ai que l’option de copier et pas celle de coller. que puis-je faire ? MERCI
Ouvre le rapport avec le notepad (blocnote), va dans outils > tout sélectionner et t’appuies sur les touche ctrl et C simultanément puis sur le post du forum ctrl et v simultanément

Fait un nettoyage du registre avec ccleaner

çà y est, c’est fait, mais c’est toujours pareil ! Il a corrigé 3 problèmes, que faire ?
j’ai un autre soucis, depuis que j’ai fait le scan avec bitdefender, je n’arrive pas installer les mises à jour recommandées par windows. Je clique sur l’icône dans la barre en bas, tout fonctionne, çà écrit mises à jour installées et après l’icône revient. J’essaie avec le panneau de configuration, je clique sur windows update et apparemment, il n’ a pas de connexion internet. De quoi cela provient-il ? de mon modem ? pourtant, j’arrive à naviguer sur internet, lentement, mais j’y arrive. As tu une réponse ? merci
Normalement il y a pas un raccourci Windows Update dans le panneau de configuration de Windows XP :neutre:
