Bonjour, je m’explique je voulais installer Windows 8.1 mais il m’est impossible de l’avoir.
Au début je l’ai installé depuis Windows Store mais ça à été un échec :
Je l’ai répétée trois fois cette opération… Même en exécutant ce fichier, WSreset.exe (celui servant à vider le cache Windows Store). Du coup je voit qu’il y a un moyen de le télécharger depuis
Windows Upgrade Assistant et il me dit que pour moi c’est obligatoirement par Windows Store!
De plus j’aurais préféré avoir le système en ISO et non pas passer par un installateur d’applications comme le Windows Store… Et je pensait qu’installer Windows 8.1 il serait possible de tout remettre à zéro mais apparemment non…
Avez-vous des idées? Surtout pour l’avoir directement en ISO et le graver sur un CD, qui franchement est bien plus pratique.
essaie de voir ce fichier C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log
pour voir à quoi correspond ton erreur, ça te donnera une piste.
Sinon, un truc employé en dernier recours, sur les forums answers de MS, serait de faire une restauration aux paramètres d’usine (celle qui conserve les données mais pas les programmes) puis d’installer la maj… radical mais efficace à 99.9% apparemment.

Désolé pour la longueur du texte j’arrivais pas a mettre la fonction “spoiler”.
Sinon pour les données j’ai créé une autre partition et je les ai mises à l’intérieur donc il n’y a pas de problèmes.
Je l’ai réinstallé mais ça ne marche pas sur le PC de ma soeur ça à marché du premier coup et il date de 2008…
Pour plus d’informations j’ai un portable HP.
Aidez moi s’il vous plaît ça devient urgent.
C’est un problème de matériel car en fait il le télécharge, l’installe et redémarre puis j’ai le message d’erreur…
