j’aimerai savoir comment faire pour me débarrassé de ce virus fxstaller.exe! c’est avast qui me l’a trouver, j’ai suivi la procédure mais le virus est toujours là!!!:@:@

j’ai modifier les paramètre de sécurité et j’ai supprimer définitivement le fichier.

Infection traiter par ceci:
Télécharge sur ton bureau MSNFix
Enregistrez le fichier sur votre bureau.
Ne pas double-cliquer sur le fichier
Faites un clic droit sur le fichier puis Extraire tout, le but étant de récupérer un dossier MSNFix
Double-cliquez sur le dossier MSNFix afin de l’ouvrir
Vous trouverez dedans un nouveau dossier ainsi qu’un fichier MSNFix.bat (le .bat peut ne pas apparaître chez vous).
Double-cliquez sur MSNFix.bat
Exécute l’option R.
Si l’infection est détectée, un message l’indiquera et il suffira de presser une touche pour lancer le nettoyage.
Note : Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s’affichera demandant de redémarrer l’ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l’ordinateur.
- Le rapport sera enregistré dans le même dossier que MSNFix sous forme date_heure.t, poste-le.
De plus comme dit plus haut fait un log avec hijackthis.

Arrête le et fait un log avec Hijackthis
Télécharge hijackthis
Enregistre la cible sous … “le bureau”
Fais un double-clic sur "HJTInstall.exe"afin de lancer l’installation
Clique sur Install ensuite sur “I Accept”
Clique sur" Do a scan system and save log file"
Le bloc-notes s’ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

heu salut dsl de m’incruster mais j’ai aussi fxstaller qui me narque.etan sous vista au demarage il me dit que fxstaller.exe a cesser de fonctionenr et quelque fois quand j’ouvre internet explorer il me met une drole de page.

Redémarre ton pc normalement et fait ce qui suit tu doit avoir des restes.
Télécharge random’s system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.
==>Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l’outil.
==>Clique sur ’ continue ’ à l’écran Disclaimer
==>Si l’outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n’est pas présent ou non détecté sur l’ordinateur,RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence
Une fois le scan fini ,2 rapports vont apparaitre.Poste le contenu des 2 rapports
( log.txt & info.txt )
(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )
