Bonjour, pitié aidez moi, je vous explique j’ai scanné mon ordi avec mbam et antivir ils ont detecté le virus et eliminé ce dernier (normalement) sauf que le PC est super lent j’n peux meme pas naviguer sur le net et pour la lecture des videos faut attendre, merci de me repondre rapidement

Pour pouvoir t’aider, il me faut plus d’informations.
Télécharge le PSV Carifred.
Installe, double-clique sur “Outils PSV Carifred” sur le bureau puis sur “Process Explorer”
Clique sur File>save as, sauvegarde la liste des processus dans le bureau, ouvre le fichier texte crée et poste le contenu.
On verra quoi faire après.

48 processus… c’est normal qu’il ralentisse un peu. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le rapport ne montre pas l’activité de la CPU pour tous les processus, mais ce n’est pas grave.
Tu peux diagnostiquer quel est le(s) processus qui te ralentit le système comme ceci.
Ouvre lProcess explorer. Clique File>Run et tape Services.msc. Dans le gestionnaire de services, double-clique sur le service “NM Indexing service” ou Nero Indexing service. Arrête-le, et change le type de démarrage pour “Désactivé”. Ce service n’est nécessaire que si tu utilises Nero home souvent et il consomme beaucoup de ressources. Fait pareil pour Nero BackItUp service, s’il existe.
Après commence à arrêter les processus un par un, et vérifie à chaque fois si la performance augmente. Sélectionne un processus, appuie sur la touche “Supprimer” puis sur Entrée. Attend deux ou trois secondes, et démarre une lecture vidéo, par exemple, juste pour voir si ça va plus vite pluis arrête-la. Note dans un fichier texte les processus ayant plus d’influence sur la performance. Arrête aussi la protection Avira et USB Guard temporairement en utilisant l’icône dans la barre des tâches. Vérifie la différence de performance après.

Tous les svchost.exe
avguard.exe, mais il sera déjà arrêté
avgnt.exe
Process explorer.exe
Poste le rapport des processus influents sur la performance pour continuer.
