STOP ecran bleu pc

bonjour a tous,

j’ai un problème avec mon pc depuis quelque temps il freeze et ecran bleu, je croyais que ma carte graphique était la cause mais non après avoir essayé mon ancienne. se produit souvent dans les jeux ou sur internet.

je vous mais le erreur affiché mais il en a eu d autre comme (0x19, 0x3b). si quelqu un pourais m aidé merci;)

Salut !
Apparemment c’est un driver qui pose problème et d’après ce que je vois, ce serai DirectX !
Désinstalles complètement DirectX et installes la dernière version.

Tapes ‘‘DirectX’’ dans ta barre de recherche rapide (dans le menu démarrer).

je ne vois pas le directX quand je tape sa dans démarrer? comment désintaller directX et le réinstaller ? merci
