Sous XP home SP2, Problème avec un logiciel

Bonjour,

Histoire un peu compliquée.

Je suis sous XP Home SP2 (inclus au logiciel d’installation) et j’ai un problème avec un logiciel, “Vos photos à la télé” de "Micro Application"qui ne fonctionne pas.

Je ne sais pas si c’est un problème dû au sp2 ou à mon ordinateur, mais selon “Micro Application”, ils ne connaissent aucun problème entre ce logiciel et ma version du système. Tout ce qu’ils m’ont fait faire n’a strictement rien changé.

Toujours selon eux et selon leur teste, ce logiciel fontionne tout à fait normalement sous XP home SP2.

Le logiciel que j’ai, semblerait ne présenter aucune anomalie car testé sur ordinateur sous XP Pro il fonctionne bien. Je sais également que deux autres personnes sous XP Home utilisent ce programme sans aucun soucis. Visiblement je serais le seul, d’où la question que je me pose: problème SP2, d’ordi ou pas ???..
Installé et desinstallé au moins 30 fois, j’ai également essayé de télécharger ce logiciel sur le site de “Micro Application” et bien que se soit une version de démo je retrouve toujours exactement les mêmes problèmes qu’installé par le logiciel.

  1. J’ai 700 Mhz, 512 Mo, 40Go de libre sur le DD et déjà au départ ce logiciel est très très long a s’ouvrir, alors que sur un pc de 450 Mhz, 196 Mo et 2 go restant de libre sur le DD sous XP Pro il s’ouvre instentanément.

  2. Ensuite ce n’est pas toutes les animations des effets qui fonctionnent, et celles qui fonctionnent se font par saccade et non régulièrement.

Ce programme est assez identique à Movie Maker, fenêtre exactement de même présentation, lorsque sur l’image de droite je visionne un effet choisi soit il ne se fait pas, soit le curseur avance par saccade et l’effet ce fait egalement par saccade. environ toutes les secondes.
Les transitions se font, mais toujours pas saccade.

Chose aussi curieuse, un montage de 6 mn de vidéo fait avec ce logiciel sur le pc teste sous XP Pro (citer ci-dessus) et graver sur CD passe tout a fait normalement sur ce même pc et sur la télé.
Ce Cd lu sur mon pc, le déroulement de cette vidéo se fait par saccade, exactement comme les problème que je rencontre.

La question première question que je me pose, pourquoi l’avancement se fait par saccade espacer d’environ une seconde.
Déjà sous Movie Maker sur mon PC les testes que j’ai fait, le défillement se fait par saccade mais beaucoup plus rapidement toute les demi seconde.
En comparaison d’un pc a l’autre, les reglages sont exactement les mêmes
Peut-être ses saccades sont la source des effets qui ne fonctionnent pas.

Je baisse les bras, je ne sais plus quoi faire ni quoi incriminer.
Seriez-vous me dire la raison ???.. Ce logiciel vaut vraiment le coup, il est super.

desolé je maitrise très mal ce forum, mon message est parti deux fois alors que j’apportai une précision supplémentaire.

Je disais donc de j’ai d’avantge de doute sur mon pc que sur la qualité de ce logiciel, puisque fonctionnant ailleurs.

Normalement oui.
Un gars de chez Micro Application m’a demandé un rapport sur mon ordi qet m’a dit que tout était ok.

Tes problèmes de saccades ont leiux sur ce logiciel seulement ? ou est-ce ta machine qui est ralentie ?

Tu peut commencer par faire un peu de nettoyage dessus (vider les dossiers temporaires, faire une défragmentation, un scandisk, passer un antivirus et un logiciel anti-espions (ad-aware spybot et/ou celui de microsoft)

Donc premiere verification : Les pilotes.

Priest ta demandé s’ils etaient a jour, tu repond normalement. Verifie sur le site officiel de NVIDIA, on est arrivé au ForceWare 81.84

Ensuite, 2eme chose, passer ton pc aux scan antivirus (tu en as un a jour ?), puis scan antispyware (adaware + spybot search & destroy).

Ensuite, puisque tu fait de la video, tu as forcement installer des codecs ? lesquels ?
Sinon install ceux-la : [Filtres FFDSHOW](http://www.clubic.com/telecharger-fiche11020-ffdshow.html)

Dit nous ensuite ce que ca donne.

Antis virus j’ai Avast qui se met régulièrement tous les jours.

Mon pc est configuré pour mise à jour automatique de windows et le pare feu est en mode activé.

J’avais aussi pensé a une défragmentation et je l’ai faite il y a quelques jours avec vidage de la corbeille, des dossiers temporaires, scandisk suivie de défragmentation etc, mais sans aucun changement.

Le gars de Micro Application m’avait demandé de diminuer d’une barre l’accelerateur (qui était au maximum), et par la suite j’ai même essayé toute les barres jusqu’à la plus faible sans aucun changement.

J’ai un DD partitionné en deux, sytème et programme sur C et mes document sur D, normalement il ne devrait pas y avoir de rapport ???

Pour le reste, je vais essayer dans le courant de la journée et je vous tiens au courant de la suite.

J’ai juste une petite question a te poser, j’ai boulier de te demander tout a l’heure : Ta pas une autre carte graphique ?

Parceque je sait pas si tu es au courant, mais une geforce 2 32Mo pour faire de la video c’est bien trop peu, pour ne pas dire stupide et ridicule…*

Commence deja par changer ta CG, demande a un pot s’il en pas une en reserve qui ai au MINIMUM 128Mo. Sinon, tu peut toujours t’en acheter une bas de gamme, genre ATI RADEON 9250 SE, ca vaut dans les 40€ et ca sera toujours beaucoup plus performant que ce que tu as la.

Tu n’es en rien desagréable et tu me donnes ton avis, c’est ce dont j’ai besoin, sinon je ne serais pas venu demander de l’aide sur ce forum.

En vidéo c’est la seule chose que je fais ou plus exactement que j’essaie de faire.

Je n’ai pas d’autre carte que celle que j’ai et possible que ça vienne de la carte.
Pour voir si ça ne serait pas un problème de logiciel, avec un ami nous avons fait un essai sur sa bécanne vieille de 7 ans avec XP pro, 450 Mhz et 196 mo, AOl 9 ne peut pas s’y installer car trop peut de mémoire, et il se trouve que ce programme tourne comme une montre sur son pc.

Déjà à la base l’installation du logiciel sur ce vieux riblon se fait en un temps record et l’ouverture du programme se fait en 3 seconde , alors que sur mon pc il faut compter le double de temps à l’installation avec 2 minutes voir plus pour simplement l’ouverture du programme.

J’ai essayé de supprimer une barrette mémoire au cas où !!! il me restait 256 Mo, puis remis la première et supprimé la seconde sans le moindre changement.
Après midi j’ai fait analyser mon PC par trois programmes citer plus haut, mis a jour les pilotes et toujours absolument aucun changement.

C’est la version XP Home avec le sp2 inclus que j’ai, et est ce que le SP2 n’y serait pas pour quelque chose ???
Est ce qu’il est possible de le désactiver le temps de faire un essai??? si oui comment ???

Là je vais devoir faire une pose le temps de décompresser car depuis plus d’une semaine je suis chaque jours 8 h durant sur cet ordi de m… et je vais peter les plombs.
