At this time, we are only able to offer shipping to the lower 48 states of America and some of the Canadian Provinces. We can arrange shipping to some zip codes in Alaska and Hawaii at an additional cost to the customer. Currently our carrier limits shipping to Alaska and Hawaii to certain zip codes, and restricts the dimensions and weight of the package. Only certain items from our site qualify for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Can you ship outside the United States?
Yes. AzaTek.com will ship to any country upon payment agreement and currier availability.
Will you ship to APO FPO addresses??
Yes. For those who wants to use FPO APO address as shipping address we ask to email or call us first, in order to get proper shipping cost.
The shipping costs include shipping charges by currier AzaTek.com shiped your product with, Insurance of your purchase, Handling costs and Packing Materials
Do you refund shipping charges?
We refund shipping charges in the following cases:
1. We ship an incorrect product.
2. We ship a broken or defective product.
If we re-ship a product in these cases, we do not add another shipping charge.

When can you expect delivery of your order?
Most items are guaranteed to leave our warehouse within two business days after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. If you check your order status before receiving that e-mail, you will see that the order is <In Progress>. You can expect your package to arrive at your door 5-10 business days from the ship date. Specific ship times will be listed in the product page.
