Problème Firefox et navigateur

Bonjour

Je possede un PC Dual core 6Go de Mémoire vive avec un DD 1To. Norton antivirus + Internet security
Depuis une semaine j’ai quelques soucis avec mon navigateur Firefox. Il rame au demarrage pendant plusieurs minutes.
Et la plus part du temps sans s’ouvrir. J’ai essayer avec Explorer qui marche un peu mieux.
Ce qui m’inquitete le plus c’est la serie de message que je recois… Windows à fermer le programme intel, firefox à rencontrer un probleme et doit fermer…etc j’ai également des messages Symantec me disant que je subissait des attaques interceptées…
la cerise sur le gateau est intervenue ce matin quand mon PC c’est arrete avec un écran bleue et un message me disant que ma dernière installation d’un élément sur mon PC avait perturbée Windows.
J’ai lancé A square2 , Malewarebyte et enfin une analyse Norton sans succes.
De temps en temps j’utilise un disque dur externe, est ce le fait de le debrancher et rebrancher sans passer par la procedure securisee qui fait que mon PC debloque???

Ça sent le virus…

Télécharge PSV Carifred[/url] de [url=http://www.carifred.com/psv_carifred/default.htm.]carifred.com.

Installe-le et double-clique sur PSV carifred 2.3 sur ton bureau. choisis l’option 10:Analyser le système et créer un rapport sur le bureau en tapant 10 puis Entrée puis choisis l’option 1:Rapport Express en tapant 1 puis Entrée. Ceci Créera et ouvrira un rapport avec des infos sur ton système. Poste-le.

Ensuite télécharge SuperAntiSpyware. Installe-le, met à jour e fait un scan complet.

Supprime les infections trouvées et poste un nouveau rapport PSV.

Bonsoir

J’ai lancé Superantispyware qui m’a trouvé 2 cheval de troyes et plus d’une centaine cookies et autres fichiers plus ou moins douteux. J’ai relancé mon PC, firefox se lance maintenant correctement. Seul reste un message Norton comme quoi mon ordi subit des attaques…donc je pense que le probleme persiste et n’est pas totalement éradiqué.

Je viens d’analyser le rapport et je n’ai pas trouvé grand chose.

Ouvre PSV Carifred, choisis l’option 3 en tapant 3 puis appuie sur Entrée.

Colle chacune des lignes ci-dessous dans la fenêtre du PSV et appuie sur Entrée deux fois la deuxième pour confirmer la suppression. Une ligne à chaque fois. Juste clic-droit pour coller:

c:\program files (x86)\family toolbar\tbcore3.dll
c:\program files (x86)\family toolbar\mhxpcomi.dll

Désinstalle les barres d’outils ci-dessous depuis Panneau de configuration >> Programmes et fonctionnalités:

daemon tools toolbar et family toolbar (Important)

winamp toolbar et pdfcreator toolbar (si tu n’as pas besoin)

Double-clique sur Outils PSV Carifred 2.3 sur ton bureau, fais clic-droit sur Autoruns et clique sur Exécuter en tant qu’administrateur.

Déroule calmement sur la liste et cherche des lignes ayant File not found dans la colonne Image Path.

Supprime ces lignes en faisant clic-droit dessus puis clique sur Delete. Le système essaye de charger ces fichiers inexistants dans la mémoire au démarrage.

Fais un scan complet à toutes tes partitions avec Norton IS et s’il trouve et supprime des fichiers infectés, noublies pas de vider la quarantaine aprés le scan.

ET encore merci de votre aide mais les problèmes persistes même si je peux plus facilement naviguer.
J’ai effectué toutes les opérations demandées mais j’ai toujours ces petits messages qui s’affichent.
A ce propos le premier message que j’ai au démarrage c’est : WSCSTUB à cessé de fonctionner et ensuite si je lance Firefox j’ai Plugin container for Firefox a cessé de fonctionner.
Je pense que mon problème à débuté avec la dernière mise à jour de Firefox.
J’ai bien envie de le desinstaller et le réinstaller…

J’ai désinstallé Firefox pour réinstaller une version moins récente…sans succès, ca ramait toujours…
J’ai remis IE comme navigateur principal, le résultat était pire. Navigation impossible, écran qui se fige, impossible de fermer les fenêtres. Bref un véritable désastre.
Avant de jeter mon Pc par la fenêtre, j’ai lancer un CC cleaner une nouvelle fois pour refaire le ménage.
Re antivirus au cas ou et j’ai installé Google Chrome.
Pour le moment ca semble tenir le coup puisque j’ai réussi à atteindre ce forum sans problème.
Mais mes problèmes avec Firefox et IE restent un grand mystère…

Il me reste quand même un problème je pense puisque continuellement j’ai des messages de mon firewall Norton comme celui ci : Le trafic réseau provenant de Kangojim1.com possède la nature d’une attaque connue. L’attaque provient de \DEVICE\HARDDISKVOLUME1\WINDOWS\SYSTEMS32\SVCHOST.EXE…
J’ai essayé avec Norton, Malewarebyte, Superantispyware et enfin Spybot pour le moment sans succes…

Quelqu’un a t’il eu le même soucis et à pu l’éradiquer avec succes?
