Voila j’ai un petit problème.
J’ai réussi à récupérer un deuxième écran pour mon pc qui tourne sous linux et j’voudrai pouvoir ainsi profiter d’un affichage dit panoramique or pour l’instant le deuxième écran est un clone du premier.
Ou est l’option à activer pour profiter d’un tel affichage?
Mes deux écrans sont connectés à ma carte vidéo (Ati radeon 9200) l’un sur le port DVI l’autre sur le vga. Faut il une deuxième carte graphique??

c’est xinerama qui fait ça le mieux à ma connaissance.
ce n’est pas un logiciel mais une extention de X qui est installé avec lui.
fait une recherche sur xinerama et ati sur ton moteur de recerche préferé et trouve toi un exemple de xorg.conf qui l’utilise et le tour est joué.
Quand j’édite le fichier Xorg.conf j’ai l’option xinerama activée. Pourtant j’arrive pas à différencier mes deux écrans.
Qqun a une idée? Ci-joint mon fichier Xorg.conf. Qu’est-ce que ca donne si je modifie le fichier X86config

désolé je ne peux pas plus t’aider 
mais le fichier XF86config est l’ancien fichier de configuration (celui de xfree86) tu peux le virer sans soucis…
