Networks Cards - Help to get drivers for my network card

i Have a DFE D-Link 538 tx 10/100 adapters fast ethernet

where i could get the driver to get this card running If somebody can send me link for the d-link drivers 538 tx or tell me more about the other cards windows xp install

cause i think windows instal me one ( Fast Ethernet PCI Realtek RTL8139 Familly)
i dunno what is that lol
