Je souhaiterai faire des liens souligné au contact

J’utilise namoweb editor, je n’ai aucune connaissance en html, php etc… je souhaiterai faire les même effet que sur clubic.com au niveau du forum.

comme vous pouvez le voir mes liens sont tjs souligné et je voudrais qu’il se souligne uniquement au contact du pointeur.
