Instabilité connexion internet IE7 et Firefox

Bonjour,

Je rencontre des interruptions de connexion à internet que ce soit en utilisant Internet Explorer 7 ou Firefox 3.
Je suis câblé chez numericable et mon modem netgear fonctionne parfaitement (les voyants ne m’indiquent pas de pb de connexion).

J’ai utilisé des logiciels d’optimisation d’internet type TuneUp Utilities 2008 pour réparer et optimiser ce qui pouvait l’être en automatique. Pas de souci particulier avec ce logiciel d’ailleurs.

J’ai réalisé la manip suivant sans résultats :
1 : Cliquez sur le Logo Windows en bas à gauche,
2 : Puis sur tous les programmes,
3 : Accessoires,
4 : Placez vous au niveau de l’Invite de commande, faites un clic droit dessus et Exécuter en tant qu’Administrateur, la fenêtre devrait s’assombrir et il devrait vous demander de continuer si vous êtes administrateur du PC, sinon il vous faudra un login et un mot de passe Administrateur,
5 : Arrivé dans la fenêtre noire (MS-DOS) tapez ceci :
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
Puis appuyer sur la touche entrée, un message devrait s’afficher par la suite et vous dire Ok, vous venez de désactiver cette couche TCP/IP … Puis redémarrer l’ordinateur …

J’ai également décocher l’option d’économie d’énergie de ma carte réseau avec la manip suivante :

Pour ouvrir Connexions réseau, cliquez sur le bouton Démarrer, sur Panneau de configuration, sur Réseau et Internet, sur Centre réseau et partage, puis sur Gérer les connexions réseau.
Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur la connexion, puis cliquez sur Propriétés. Si vous êtes invité à fournir un mot de passe administrateur ou une confirmation, fournissez le mot de passe ou la confirmation.
Dans l’onglet Gestion de réseau, cliquez sur Configurer.
Dans l’onglet Gestion de l’alimentation, désactivez la case à cocher Autoriser l’ordinateur à éteindre ce périphérique pour économiser l’énergie, puis cliquez sur OK.

J’ai également utilisé CCleaner ainsi que divers petits soft d’optimisation de connexion à internet.

Toutefois au bout d’un certain laps de temps (genre 10 à 15 minutes), je ne peux plus lancer de recherche via Google ou tout autre moteur de recherche. Il ne trouve plus les pages, ça rame et je suis obligé de rebooter mon pc pour relancer de nouveau IE7 ou Firefox 3.
J’ai un PC portable avec Vista et le pack SP1.

Hello,

Peux tu nous envoyer un netstat -a juste après un reboot?
Puis quand tu vois que ça commence à déconner, un netstat -a? Si ce dernier netstat déconne, dis le nous et tente un netstat -an (le n c’est pour outrepasser la résolution DNS, et donc éliminer une piste potentielle).

Bonjour et merci pour vos réponses.

j’ai le pare feu Windows qui est activé. J’ai également le pare feu ZoneAlarm que j’ai désactivé pour cause d’utilisation de Emule de temps à autre.
j’ai également Avast comme anti-virus et Spybot.
je ne sais pas ce qu’est un netstat -a, mais je vais rechercher et je te réponds dès que possible.

Pour info, l’union faisant la force j’ai également posté mon problème sur un autre site à l’adresse suivante.
Il n’y a pas plus de solution pour l’instant pour résoudre ce problème.

Mon problème est le suivant : j’ai deux ordi un Dell inspiron 1720 et un Acer aspire 9300. Je suis actuellement en déplacement stationnée dans un camping car près d’un membre de ma famille et je me connecte à sa 9box. Sur le Dell, je n’ai aucun probleme mais sur l’acer qui se trouve à côté de l’autre je suis déconnectée sans arrêt. Est ce que quelqu’un peut m’aider ? Merci
