Bonjour
j’ai un spyware qui a changé par défaut mon fond d’écran. Il le remets automatiquement si je change moi même. je ne suis plus capable d’aller sur certain sites internet, il me redirige automatiquement allieurs ou me dit qu’il ne trouve pas de connection internet. j’éssaiyait de télécharger les mises à jours pour Macafee que j’avais sur mon autre pc car j’ai virer norton que j’utilisais jusqu’alors sur ce pc. je ne peut même plus voir le gestionnaire des tâches quand je fais un clic droit sur ma barre, le gestionaore des tâches est gris. j’utilisais Norton mais quand j’ai scanné il l’a trouvé mais n’arrive pas à l’éffacer.

bonjour
j’ai effacé les points que vous avez indiqué mais c’est la même chose. dans le choix de fonds d’écran, il y en a un default.htm qui s’est ajouté. mais il ne se trouve pas dans c:/windows/web/wallpaper . je n’arrive plus à aller sur certains sites. quand j’écris www.malwarebytes.org, il me redirige ailleurs sur une autre page en proposant d’autres anti-virus.

pour avancer refait un hijackthis.

Je rappel que le fait de supprimer des lignes hijackthis ne supprime pas l’infection.que la clé pas le fichier ou dossier.

Sinon passe ceci:

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta)

ou ici.

ou ici

–> Double-cliques sur SDFix.exe et choisis “Install” .
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l’extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.

Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :

• Redémarre ton ordinateur

• Après avoir entendu l’ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l’icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).

• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.

• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur “Entrée”.

• Choisis ton compte.

• Puis, ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d’être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis. pour lancer le script.

• Appuie sur une touche pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.

• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d’appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.

• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.

• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu’à l’accoutumée car l’outil va continuer à s’exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.

• Après le chargement du Bureau, l’outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.

• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l’exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.

• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s’ouvrira à l’écran et s’enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis !

•NOTE:Si SDFix ne se lance pas

Clique sur=> Démarrer => Exécuter
Copie/colle ceci :

%systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /K %systemdrive%\SDFix\apps\FixPath.exe

Clique sur Ok.

Redémarre et essaie de relance SDFix.

voila un nouveau rapport hitjackthis. juste a remarquer qu’il m’ouvre aussi des fenetres intempestives et une page web (about:security)
et me redirige vers d’autres sites automatiquement.

Ensuite après avoir fait SDFIX,fait ceci et n’écoute que moi pour éviter tout problème.

Télécharges OTMoveIt3 (de Old_Timer) sur ton Bureau.

! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours !

Double cliques sur “OTMoveIt3.exe” pour ouvrir le prg .
Puis copies ce qui se trouve en citation ci-dessous,

et colles le dans le cadre de gauche de OTMoveIt3 :
Paste Instructions for items to be moved.
(ne touche à rien d’autre !)

-> cliques sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression.
-> laisses travailler l’outil …

( Note : ton bureau va disparaitre puis réapparaitre, c’est normal .)

–>Postes le contenu du rapport qui se trouve dans le dossier “C:_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles”
( " xxxx2008_xxxxxx.log " où les “x” correspondent au jour et à l’heure de l’utilisation ).

Ensuite fait ceci STP.

==>Télécharge random’s system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

==>Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l’outil.

==>Clique sur ’ continue ’ à l’écran Disclaimer.

==>Si l’outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n’est pas présent ou non détecté sur l’ordinateur,RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.

==>Une fois le scan fini , 2 rapports vont apparaitre. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports
( log.txt & info.txt )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

ce que j’ai mis ci haut est le rapport sdfix que j’ai copié coller . Quant à rsit quand je clique sur le liens directe, il ne trouve pas la connection internet du coup la page ne s’ouvre pas.

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

–> Double-cliques sur SDFix.exe et choisis “Install” .
Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install pour l’extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.

Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici :

• Redémarre ton ordinateur

• Après avoir entendu l’ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l’icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde).

• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître.

• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur “Entrée”.

• Choisis ton compte.

• Puis, ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d’être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis. pour lancer le script.

• Appuie sur une touche pour commencer le processus de nettoyage.

• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d’appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer.

• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC.

• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu’à l’accoutumée car l’outil va continuer à s’exécuter et supprimer des fichiers.

• Après le chargement du Bureau, l’outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished.

• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l’exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau.

• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s’ouvrira à l’écran et s’enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt.

• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau rapport Hijackthis !

•NOTE:Si SDFix ne se lance pas

Clique sur=> Démarrer => Exécuter
Copie/colle ceci :

%systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /K %systemdrive%\SDFix\apps\FixPath.exe

Clique sur Ok.

Redémarre et essaie de relance SDFix.

j’ai fait cette procédure à partir de votre troisième lien et voilà ci-bas le résultat que j’ai eu dans le repertoire sdfix sous le nom report.

aussi lors du scan il me demandait de terminer une application ou de choisir ignorer et j’ai choisi terminer.
quand il a fini le scan il n,a pas proposé de redémaré le poste. c’est juste l’ecran noir en mode sans echec qui est resté affiché et aucun de mes icônes sur le bureau. J’ai quand meme redémaré le poste après un temps (environs 10mn) et il m’ouvre directement sdfix puis j’ai cliquer sur run à nouveau. J’ai peut etre mal fait quelque chose ?
