Malgré une souris NAGA HEX qui déconne à tout va et qui s’éteint toute seule… j’ai décidé de tenter le Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 que j’ai acheté lors d’un voyage à Dubai mall.
Durant 7 mois le clavier à fonctionné parfaitement, jusqu’à la sortie de cette maudite mise à jour SYNAPSE 2.0 (pire software de tous les temps) qui a forcé une firmware update sur mon clavier et qui m’a pété les touches X, C et V qui ne répondent plus!!!
J’ai tout essayé rien n’y fait… le clavier est en PARFAIT état mais leur mise à jour à la con a détruit le clavier.
A noter, il y a des milliers de clients mécontents qui ont eu le même problème! Synapse leur a détruit leur firmware!!!
Alors j’ai contacté le support puisque j’ai une garantie jusqu’à 2015 et ils refusent de me le réparer, sous motif que je l’ai acheté à Dubai!!! C’est INADMISSIBLE. Que puis-je faire SVP ? La correspondance se trouve ci-dessous :

As explained, your material is not being sold here. I bought it while i was in a Mall in Dubai. Do you seriously think I have the receipt for a purchase, at a mall, I did many months ago ?
I don?t mind paying to send the keyboard. You can fix this software issue and send it back. 3 keys in PERFECT state suddenly stopped working.
I would like to avoid having to share my negative experience on the sites mentioned above. I will be losing my time, and you hundreds of potential customers.

Your program on which I registered the peripheral (Synapse) says Warranty is still available until 2015!!

As mentioned by our specialist team, Razer will not be able to honor a warranty on products not purchased from an authorized dealer or ones that are out of the warranty period.
If you purchased product from an unauthorized dealer, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.
