Erreur étonnante

bonjour à tous !

tout d’abord, je suis nouvel inscrit sur le site bien que le parcours régulièrement. Aussi je salut tout le monde par avance et j’espère pouvoir trouver une solution à mon problême qui me fait soucis. Pourtant je suis pas le dernier “bidouilleur” mais là, je sais pas comment m’y prendre.
Je m’explique. L’autre jour je fais un chk de routine. et il me sort 5 ou 6 erreurs du type :

“L’entrée rules.system.configuration.xml de l’index $I30 du fichier 195330 n’est pas correcte”

la dessus pensant corriger le truc, je fais un chkdsk /r mais ça n’a pas corrigé le probleme.
La je sais plus trop quoi faire…est ce que ça vient du mbr? et si oui peut on le réécrire sans risque ? comment?
Enfin, j’espère que vous pourrez m’apporter une solution… d’avance merci !

arf, j’ai essayé, ça a peut etre modifié 1 ou 2 trucs, mais à chaques fois quand je fais un sfc /verifyonly ça me remet qu’il en trouve des endommagés… une autre solution ? que peut on faire de plus ? avec ubcd ? et quel utilitaire sur ubcd?
je desespère…

Il faut savoir exactement quelle est la réponse , du genre :

Windows a trouvé des fichiers erronés mais a réussi a les réparer.

Il y’ a un fichier CBS.log qui est crée pour cette opération .

Démarrer -> Tous les programmes -> Accessoires , clic droit sur Invite de Commandes -> Exécuter en tant qu’administrateur.

Dans la fenêtre d’invite de commandes , taper ceci :

cd /d %windir%logscbs (Entrée pour valider).
attrib -h -s -r cbs.log (Entrée pour valider).
takewon /f cbs.log (Entrée pour valider).
del cbs.log (Entrée pour valider).

Relancer la commande sfc /scannow (avec l’invite de commandes en mode administrateur).

Copier le texte ci-dessous juste entre les pointillés.
…
findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > c:\cbs_log.txt
…

Ensuite, Démarrer -> Exécuter , taper cmd.exe

Dans la fenêtre d’invite de commandes , faire un clic droit pour coller le texte , puis appuyer sur Entrée , un fichier nommé

cbs_log.txt sera crée dans C: et que l’on peut consulter avec Bloc-notes par exemple.

Ne rechercher que les éléments ayants des échecs (Cannot repair.…)

j’ai tapé la première ligne que tu m’as donné, il m’écrit “le chemin d’accès spécifié est introuvable” j’ai pensé remplacer le d par c mais re message d’erreur “syntaxe incorrecte”… lol

cela dit, je t’ai posté le rapport plus avec les “cannot” … que faire ?

Si vous avez Ccleaner , le lancer , puis -> Outils -> Restauration du Système , voir si existe des points de restauration.

Il doit exister un menu qui permet de choisir le périphérique de démarrage , cela dépend du type de Pc , par exemple avec

ACER c’est en tapotant la touche F12 dès le démarrage , en général c’est spécifié brièvement lors du démarrage du BIOS.

C’est tout à fait ça, une fois dans la fenêtre d’invite de commandes, taper ceci :

cd /d c:\windows\fonts (Entrée pour valider).
ren 8514oem.fon old_8514oem (Entrée pour valider).
ren cga40857.fon old_cga40857 (Entrée pour valider).
cd /d c:\users"username"\downloads (Entrée pour valider).
copy 8514oem.fon c:\windows\fonts (Entrée pour valider).
copy cga40857.fon c:\windows\fonts (Entrée pour valider).

(Remplacer username par le nom utilisateur).

Redémarrer normalement
