Ecran noir intermittent, blocage et reboot

Bonjour à tous,

Avant de vous exposer mon problème je voudrais vous présenter mon PC:
J’ai monté une config il y a 2ans, qui a tournée sans problème depuis lors:
AMD 3000, 1.8Ghtz overclocké a 2.1
Carte mère ASROCCK 939A8X
Carte Graph: NVidia FX5500 en AGP
2*512 DDR RAM Kingston
1 DD IDE 160G avec windows et drivers
1 DD SATA 400G pour les programmes, vidéos, jeux, downloads
1 graveur nec, 1 lecteur DVD

Depuis 2 semaines, dès que je lance un programme faisant intervenir de la vidéo (film, intro de jeu), l’écran vire au noir pendant quelques secondes, puis retour à windows avec “freeze” de l’application, de la souris et du bureau. Invariablement cela se finit sur un reboot, “accidentel” ou provoqué par moi car blocage du système.
Une fois ou deux sont apparus des écrans bleus, qui signalaient un problème de redondance cyclique sur les pilotes de la carte graphique (ces écrans ne sont plus apparus depuis la remise à jour des pilotes,mais le problème persiste de Freeze persiste)

J’ai déja éliminé quelques sources possibles:

_Le player: TOUS sont concernés: WMP, VLC, Satsuki, ect… Toutefois, je peux lire les vidéo du Net sans problème, seules les séquences vidéo de mon PC provoquent le plantage.

_La carte graphique: démontage/nettoyage/remontage, remise à jour des drivers, test sur un autre PC… N’a pas l’air de poser problème. Résolution courante: 1280*1024

_Windows: Home, Pro, SP2/3, Cocoo, Ultimate, Sweet, provoquent le même résultat…

_DirectX: mise à jour, réinstallation propre:
Mais les Tests graphiques n’aboutissent pas (échec sur Direct Draw ou parfois sur Direct3D, fonction de l’age du capitaine… )

_Les disques: quelque soit la source du fichier vidéo (IDE/SATA/CD/DVD), le même problème se pose. Je pense donc que les DD ne sont pas la source du problème
NB: Je ne formate que celui ou se trouve windows, l’autre est analysé en continu par avast + check 2/3 fois par semaine + préalable à toute utilisation de nouveau fichier.

Donc là, je sèche totalement, mes potes informaticiens en perdent leur latin (binaire?). Si quelqu’un peut m’indiquer la source de ces plantages en série, ça me permettrait de redormir la nuit, et m’enlèverait une grosse épine du pied…

côté tensions tu as un relevé?

Le problème semblerait quand même lié à la carte graphique (ou a un problème de driver ?)
Quels sont les messages d’erreurs quand dxdiag échoue ?
Les players passent souvent par une couche de DirectX pour afficher les vidéos mais on peut changer ce paramètre : dans VLC, coche la case avancé et va dans Video puis Output Modules et change la valeur.
Essaie aussi avec Media Player Classic, on peut facilement changer le mode (Options/Playback/Output/DirectShow Video)

Pour Riri38: Mon lecteur C: a été formaté 4/5 fois en 2 semaines, avec à chaque fois une version windows différente. Mon autre disque dur n’a pas été formaté. (il contient 200G de données, ca serait trés douloureux de formater ce disque…)

Pour Koala06: quelle tension voulez-vous connaitre? Proc/carte graph/alim? j’installe everest et j’inscrit le relevé.

Pour gillesv38: j’ai retenté 3 test: DXdiag, ben écran noir dès le test de directdraw (avec les rectangles alternés), et ça plante sévère:( , donc pas de rapport de test/message d’erreur
Concernant les players, j’ai désacouplé directx sur VLC et WMclassic comme vous me l’avez conseillé, mais le problème persiste toujours dès le lancement d’une séquence vidéo

Les modes qui n’utilisent pas DirectX pour lires les vidéos sont:
-pour MediaPlayerClasssic:Overlay Mixer.
-pour VLC: Windows GDI et OpenGL.

Est-ce tu peux tester ces modes si tu ne l’as pas déjà fait ?

Sinon, je n’ai rien vu d’anormal dans le rapport d’Everest.
Je ne sais pas si la carte vidéo a un capteur de température mais ça ne coute rien d’essayer:
GPU-Z le plus simple, est-ce qu’il y a un onglet “Sensors” ?

Il y a aussi l’utilitaire de nVidia pour cartes mères et cartes graphiques mais c’est un peu lourd juste pour voir le capteur de température nVidia System Tools

J’ai vu que tu avais déja la dernière version des drivers nVidia ForceWare donc rien à faire de ce coté là.

Il y a eu évolution du problème: désormais l’écran noir apparâit avant et après le lancement des players, ms sans freeze.
Les solutions proposées par Gillesv38 fonctionnent: (Grand merci à lui): La vidéo se lance désormais correctement sans plantage…

Tant mieux si la situation a progressé. Je ne suis pas sur de pouvoir t’aider davantage.
Qu’est ce utilises pour lire les vidéos: VLC ou MPC ? Quel mode de sortie (GDI, OpenGL, Overlay) ?
Plein écran ou fenêtre ?
Est-ce que tu as regardé le taux d’occupation du CPU ?

Làs de bidouiller et de me taper un écran noir de plus en plus fréquent (surement symptôme de worm très bien implanté, malgré un taux CPU toujours inférieur à 25%), je vais formater mes deux disques dur , effectuer un test avec une autre carte graphique, et prier pour que cela marche…
L’écran noir de 2s agit désormais pour tte application en plein écran: donc les problèmes de player et celui de d’écran noir sont distincts.

Ca y est mon problème est résolu: ma carte graphique GeForce FX5500 avec refroidissement passif en était responsable, j’ai découvert que l’un des chip de cette carte avait grillé, empèchant la mise en plein écran des application (je ne me rappelle plus le nom du process).
J’ai récupéré chez un ami une… FX5500 avec ventil! Ma carte initiale datant de 3 ans, je table sur une durée de vie équivalente pour celle-ci (peut-être même supérieur du fait du ventil), car elle est flambant neuve.

Merci à tous ceux qui ont pris le temps de me lire, et de répondre avec patience à mon douloureux problème!
(+1 à Gilles qui avait pointé dès le début la possibilité d’un problème de CG)
