Je viens vers vous suite à un écran bleu survenu en regardant une banale vidéo sur le net, le code d’erreur de l’ecran bleu est WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR
J’ai consulté l’observateur d’événement et j’ai eu ceci en erreur suivi d’une erreur critique qui a redémarré mon PC :
« Échec de la création du fichier de l’image mémoire en raison d’une erreur lors de la création de cette image. »
« L’ordinateur a redémarré après une vérification d’erreur. La vérification d’erreur était : 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xffff9287b4c44028, 0x00000000b2000000, 0x0000000000030005). Un vidage a été enregistré dans : C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. ID de rapport : 15ebc430-4525-45dd-846b-8af80d671b49. »
« Le système a redémarré sans s’arrêter correctement au préalable. Cette erreur peut survenir si le système ne répond plus, s’est bloqué ou n’est plus alimenté de façon inattendue. »
Mon PC est neuf et est branché depuis 1 mois environ voici les composants (j’ai acheté une clé sur le net pour windows 10)
Processeur : i7-9700K
Ram : 16 Go (2*8 Go)
Carte mère : Asus mpg z390 gaming edge ac
Carte Graphique : Geforce RTX 2070 super ventus
Alimentation : Cooler Master mwe gold 650 full modular
Disque dur : Seagate Barracuda 2 To
SSD : Crucial MX500 500Go
Système d’exploitation : Microsoft Windows 10 Famille
