De temps en temps ma memoire physique augmente de plus en plus sans raison

je possede 4go de memoire vive quand j’installe un jeux ma mémoire utilisée augmente de plus en plus jusqu’a atteindre 98%

je suis sous XP, mais je crois que sous Vista c’est normal, il essaie de toujours utiliser la mémoire au max pour améliorer les perfs (une sorte de préchargement pour accélérer le lancement des applis je crois).

je ne sais pas vraiment si le probleme vien de windows ou de mon materiel mais quand je lance une application pendant un installation il se met a planter
