Besoin de votre aide, problème Update.exe

Bonjour à tous!
J’ai un problème au démarage de mon ordi, sous vista.
Un message d’erreur apparait m’indiquant que Update.exe est introuvable, de vérifier si le nom est correct et de ré-essayer.

Je ne sais pas d’où vient le problème, et c’est pourquoi je viens demander votre aide. Ce que je sais par contre c’est que ce problème a été traité de nombreuses fois sur différents forums, et malheureusement je n’arrive pas à résoudre mon problème, ça vient sans doute du fait que je ne comprenne pas comment m’y prendre.
Une âme charitable pourrait-elle m’aider à m’en sortir ?

J’ai besoin de le garder? ou je peu tout envoyer à la poubelle?

[ÉDIT] Ah ben non… problème pas résolu… le message d’erreur arrive maintenant 5 min après le démarrage ( sans que je lance un programme spécifique )

Fait un scan complet avec [mbam[/url], supprime les detection et colle le rapport [url=http://guigui14100.over-blog.fr/article-23173995.html]b[/b]](http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe)

Et installe un antivirus je te conseil Antivir ou Avg en gratuit

T’a pas de protections apparament, il y a Avast aussi qui est bien en anti-virus.
Utilise Ccleaner aussi
Le "O13 - Gopher Prefix: " que tu avait est signe de piratage.

Met a jour antivir puis fait quelque petit reglage:

Va dans outils > configuration > coche expert mode.

Dans scanner > recherche: coche tout les fichiers puis dans autres réglage tous sauf ignorer les fichier hors ligne.
Dans scanner > recherche > archive coche controler les archive, tout les type d’archive et extension inteligente.
Dans scanner > recherche > heuristic met le niveau élevé
Dans généralité > catégorie de danger étendu coche activer tous

Puis lance un scan complet en mode sans échec et post le rapport

Il y a une chose à laquelle je pense en lisant le report de Hijackthis. Même si je ne comprend pas comment le lire un truc me saute au yeux : Mircosoft Office…
Il faut savoir que ce n’est pas une version… comment dire… officielle (pas envie de me repayer MOffice après l’avoir perdu dans un déménagement) donc ça vient peut-être de là?

Peut-être, supprime le et utilise OpenOffice ( tout aussi bien, complet et gratuit ).
