PCI: Using ACPI for IRQ routing
** PCI interrupts are no longer routed automatically. If this
** causes a device to stop working, it is probably because the
** driver failed to call pci_enable_device(). As a temporary
** workaround, the "pci=routeirq" argument restores the old
** behavior. If this argument makes the device work again,
** please email the output of "lspci" to bjorn.helgaas@hp.com
** so I can fix the driver.

http://pciids.sourceforge.net/

Sympa fennec ;).

Sinon,

tu as essayé le pci=routeirq ?

uli526x: ULi M5261/M5263 net driver, version 0.9.3 (2005-7-29)
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:11.0[A] -> GSI 17 (level, low) -> IRQ 23
eth0: ULi M5263 at pci0000:00:11.0,xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx, irq 23.
uli526x: eth0 NIC Link is Down
