A l'aide ! - Comment supprimer un virus ?

Bonjour tout le monde !!!
Enfaite en ce moment j’ai un gros virus sur mon ordinateur et je ne sais plus quoi faire pour le supprimer :frowning: , j’ai scanner mon pc avec spybot il m’as trouver une bonne dizaines de virus j’ai tout supprimer et j’ai meme re-fais un teste avec spybot pour etre sur, puis j’ais scanner avec Ad-aware il m’as trouver un fichier endomager je l’ais mis en quarantaire, j’ais scanner auss mon pc avec avast il m’as rien trouver.

Meme apres tout ça j’ais toujours des fenetres de site pornographiques et autres site de casinos en ligne et meme la par exemple içi sur clubbic il y a une banniere de pub et la a la place de cette banniere j’ai une pub porno !!!

Donc s’il vous plait si vous avez un conseil a me donner se serais cool car je ne sais plus quoi faire et comme je suis un noob je voulais pas trop formatter mon sans meme le savoir.

En premier lieu, tu enregistres Hjck dans son propre répertoire, sinon à tes risques et périls, si tu ne sais pas le faire migrer, supprime-le et refait l’enregistrement :neutre:

1) désactive ta restauration système
Panneau de configuration puis dans Système>>onglet Restauration du sytème>>coche la case Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs

2) affiche les dossiers cachés (important)
Démarrer > Panneau de Configuration > Options des Dossiers >onglet Affichage > Dans la liste des “Paramètre avancés” sous la rubrique “Fichiers et dossiers cachés”
*[activer] “Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés”
*[désactiver] la case " Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu"
*[désactiver] la case “Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d’exploitation”

4) Lance Hijack et fixed checked

  • ferme Hijack
  1. S’assurer que le fichier
    mwsrvacc.exe situé dans : C:\WINDOWS\system32<-- ici
    est bien supprimé dans le cas contraire, le supprimer

  2. repasser en mode normal

    • Réactivation restauration système
  • Recacher les fichiers protégés

Exécuter :

  • CCleaner (y compris le balayage du registre) ( tuto )
  • Scan avec Spybot

J’ais suivi vos conseil a la ligne j’ai tout suprimer au point que ni spybot ou meme ad-aware reconaisse un virus tout supprimer a avoir avec le virus dans system32 et cette enfoiré de virus et encore la donc je ne sais plus quoi faire je vais formatter mon ordinateur ces l’ultime moyen, es-que on peux formatter sans avoir besoin du cd windows xp??? car j’ai acheter le pc d’occassion et j’ai pas eu les cd avec !!! donc il y a t’il moyen de tout supprimer de mon pc en etant sur que se virus sois supprimer et de ne pas avoir besoin du cd windows xp?

Tu vas pas formater parceque tu as chopé “Instant Access” quand même ! Bien sûr qu’il te faudra le cd d’XP - si tu suis les conseils qui sont très très simples, tu dois y arriver - ce n’est en aucun cas un virus mais un malware - m’est avis que tu t’y prends très mal, c’est pas possible de ne pas arriver à virer ce simple truc

Relance Hijack s-t-p et recolle le nouveau log :wink: (rapidos, je pars dans peu)

  • simple - télécharge Ewido (AVG antispy) + mise à jour du logiciel (bouton "update" ) déconnecte-toi et lance un scan complet de ta machine
    ensuite recolle le nouveau log Hjck :wink:

tu as peut être enlevé Norton du démarrage mais il est toujours présent dans les services - il faut arrêter ces services - lancer la désinstallation proprement - je te conseille de te rendre sur le site de Symantec pour voir leur procédure, cet antivirus n’est pas simple à supprimer en entier - bien sûr si tu tiens à le supprimer :paf:

Mais bon je n’ais plus de programmes qui se installe tout seul et mon pc va plus vite que avant mais ce pendant j’ais toujours les pubs qui s’ouvre tout seul, cependant la je utilize netscape et j’ais plus de pubs a l’horizon mais bon je voudrais comeme savoir si on peux faire quelque choz des spams sur IE7 ???
a mon avis ça dois etre un bug a niveau de IE7, mais bon si vous saver quelque chose faites signe :wink:

:oui: O10 - Winsock LSP: pour Internet Download Manager, tu as du avoir la main lourde à l’installation ; d’ailleurs gaffe! à certains téléchargements et aux visites de certains sites , c’est comme ça que l’on chope l’adware InstantAccess

et occupe-toi de ton double antivirus et suis la bonne méthode si tu veux enlever proprement Norton, sinon tu risques d’avoir des fragments de fichiers de partout et de rencontrer des problèmes pour installer d’autres outils de sécu (et arrêteuuuuh! les services en 023 avant de commencer (bis repetita ! :whistle: )

Pour corriger tes lignes 010 utilise LSP-Fix, Hijack ne corrige pas des O10 - Unknown file

c’est simple d’utilisation, tu lances ce petit logiciel et tu fais passer en cliquant sur la flêche après avoir “saisi” les c:\windows\system32\idmmbc.dll de “keep”>> à >> “remove” - /!\ ne t’occupe surtout pas d’autres entrées qui pourraient y figurer - ensuite tu peux soit garder cet outil soit le supprimer, user choice :slight_smile:

Alors pour le pubs c’est toujours les memes que avant des site porno et porno et porno … et sinon entre norton professional et avst je garde le quel??? a votre avis bien sur ^^

pubs porno, ça veut dire que tu as soit Instant Access planqué encore quelque part soit un autre spy - re : fait gaffe aux sites que tu visites :oui:

avant de commencer, tu peux refaire un nouveau log stp ? il est possible que si tu as redémarré, d’autres lignes soient apparues @+

ps : si ta licence Norton est récente et que tu veux continuer avec cet a-v, c’est à toi de voir mais dans ces conditions, c’est Avast que tu dois supprimer, 2 a-v ça revient à 0 parcequ’ils vont entrer en conflit
